Please ensure you have enough medication for the Easter weekend 

Requests for medication do need to allow 7 days for our dispensary to process. These can be made using the NHS app or submitting an Askmygp request. If this is not possible you can telephone and leave a clear message on the voicemail. 

Friday 3rd April we will be closed 

Monday 6th April we will be closed

From Tuesday 7th April both Milborne Port and Templecombe Surgery resume normal opening hours
