Dispensary

We are able to dispense to approximately 50% of our patients - those who live more than a mile from a pharmacy (this is an NHS regulation).

Repeat Prescriptionsorange_pills

If you are on long-term medication you will receive a "repeat prescription" form on the side of your printed prescription.

To order further drugs tick the box next to the name of the drug required on the form and post or drop the form into the surgery (through the letterbox when the surgery is closed).

A few local pharmacies have made arrangements with the surgery to receive prescriptions from us if you as a patient choose to use this service. Please speak to a dispenser regarding your needs.

If you enclose a stamped addressed envelope we will gladly post the prescription to you.

EPS - We are now using EPS which is an Electronic prescription service meaning prescription requests from us to other pharmacies will now go electronically. For more information click here.

 Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor or practice nurse at least once a year to review their medications. When you receive a notice appearing on your prescription counterfoil stating “please see the doctor before next repeat can be issued” please arrange for a routine appointment allowing plenty of time before your supply runs out.
